About Me
I am a 59 year old, about to be 60 year old, quality assurance analyst recently made redundant from my role after 14 years service and currently looking for another role, hopefully within the Nottinghamshire area, but maybe in the wider East Midlands or further out if necessary. I am an ISTQB Foundation level certified tester who has in the past used automation tools such as LoadRunner and Unified Functional Test and I am fully conversant with the test managemet tools.

I was a QA testing all of the products within the Total Messaging platform so well up to speed with Swift Messaging in all of its formats. I started as the Load & Performance Tester using LoadRunner on their now defunct Clarity platform.

COBOL Support Programmer/Load & Performance Tester
I was taken on as a trainee COBOL programmer and worked as a support programmer for banking clients before being moved to the new dot net product. While working on this the comprehensive 100 plus page test plan that I wrote lef me to be trained in LoadRunner and then becoming the sole performance tester for the systems built in the dot net team.
