I was taken on as a trainee COBOL programmer and worked as a support programmer for banking clients before being moved to the new dot net product. While working on this the comprehensive 100 plus page test plan that I wrote lef me to be trained in LoadRunner and then becoming the sole performance tester for the systems built in the dot net team.
