My career summary includes:

 

·         25+ years of client-facing delivery and programme experience across diverse telecoms, defence, consulting, government and corporate sectors. Manging £m+ budgets and leading teams of 3 people to 150 people.

·         I successful led software developments for various critical solutions supporting millions of users and ecommerce solutions servicing thousands of transactions per second, generating £m+ of revenue.

·         I consulted with major clients to increase their IT maturity these included; MoD, Babcock International, Serco, BBC, Kraft Foods, Raiffeisen Bank, Mondelez, Telefonica, Arqiva, TalkTalk, CGI, EADS, Alstom, Government of Jersey, VWG, AtlasEdge, Johnson Matthey

o    I successfully led the digitalisation of Johnson Matthey HR, Finance and Procurement functions as part of a business process outsourcing solution. This generated £20m opex savings in the first year

o    I successfully led the Service Delivery function for numerous BBC’s core applications across SaaS and on-premise platforms. Reducing tickets by 25% through various automation solutions.

o    I successfully led the delivery of M365 solutions and Windows upgrades for ERM, impacting 10,000 users across 40 countries.

o    I successfully led the redesign of the digital platforms generating £500m revenue for William Hill as part of a multi-channel digital strategy.

o    I successfully led the migrated £135bn assets for Lloyds Banking Group. Ensuring the mortgages of 2m people where not impacted by the change.

o    I spearheaded an IT transformation for Raiffeisen’s Bank across 180 people. This streamlined operational processes and started the automation roadmap to reduce opex costs.

o    I supported the military in Afghanistan with customer feedback being “we were blind but now we can see”.

·         I led the creation of numerous enterprise-wide service management programmes, including data centre builds in APAC & EMEA. These all exceeded customer expectations.

·         I have significant experience in commercial management across multi £m+ contracts and supporting the full sales cycle and commercial negotiations.
