Worked within the Sales Expertise team to pre-sell the Fresh Intranet product. Widened the scope of my role to include all intranet offerings as well as the Microsoft Viva Suite and pre-selling the Business Change and Adoption team’s time. Content+Cloud rebranded to Advania which allowed me to add solution design roles for the whole Microsoft Modern Workplace including Copilot and the Power Platform to my role. • Work with client to understand their requirements and design solutions using the Microsoft Modern Workplace. • Live and virtual demonstrations of products and solutions • Provide thought leadership to clients on potential best practices for the use of Modern Workplace components and Generative AI.

Fresh/Intranet Technical and Adoption Lead (secondment)
Enhanced the Intranet after a successful launch. Helped to provide a site to consolidate learning for the whole of M&G. Created a site to increase ESG knowledge within M&G. Created a community of content creators allowing collaboration and training between areas. Implemented and tested 3 Fresh Upgrades providing new features to the platform. Supported the Fresh platform answering on average 5 to 10 queries a week. Worked with Teams to understand requirements and designed sites for the teams to populate. Worked with regulatory teams to make sure the Intranet only held correct information. Designed and Tested PowerAutomate apps for Fresh/Intranet. • Designed Built and Implemented an Intranet Solution for the whole of M&G that 6500 people use weekly • Adopted SharePoint Online and Fresh for the content creator community allowing over 100 sites to be created, modified and used daily • Created and promoted a content creator community used by over a hundred content creators weekly.
