Role ended due to company reorganisation Reporting to the Global VP for Routes to Market, in this role I was responsible for leading a team of Technical Solution Architects, who were distributed around the globe, and were aligned with our largest Managed Service Providers. It was my responsibility to lead the development of joint GTM strategies, prioritisation from product engineering, resolving customer issues and jointly selling with our partners. During my tenure in this role, I led the technical sales effort that closed deals which were recognised on Company All Hands calls, built relationships and new GTMs with partners who had never previously had a relationship with the company. Finally, one of the largest aspects of this role, during this timeframe, was to lead the team through a period filled with high levels of uncertainty and disruption. I was able to do this, whilst retaining the team and keeping them motivated and performing.

Veritas was acquired by Cohesity in December 2024. Reporting to the International VP for Technical Sales, in this role I was responsible for leading the sales engineering teams aligned to Veritas’ Renewals, GSI and Channel businesses across our International region; These are three strategic and crucial areas of Veritas’ business. In Renewals, I am responsible for ensuring that my team achieves a technical closure of the customers renewal, and that the customer is utilising the capacity they have purchased. This business is worth ~$80m / Q and has been in overachievement for the duration of my time in role. (14 Quarters) In the GSI space, I lead a team of technical account managers who own the global relationships with some of our largest partners, and I work closely with the Global Sales leader to set strategy for each of the accounts. This has resulted in an established, but growing set of relationships with the largest GSIs.
