A founding member of the EMEA team, hired to design and build end-to- end, fit-for-purpose, customer implementation strategy and process. Lead the delivery of cross-functional customer onboarding initiatives for the deployment and implementation of Conviva products for clients including Sky, DAZN, NBC (Peacock, Showtime, Showmax), Channel 4, ITV, BT-Sport/EE-TV, and Liberty Global (Virgin Media, Ziggo) across multiple devices and branded apps ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

System Integration / Technical Delivery Manager (2009 – Sep 2013) Senior Technical Delivery Engineer / Small Works Delivery Manager (2006 – 2009) Senior Software Engineer (Jun 2005 – 2006) Led the technical delivery of BBC London 2012 Olympics app for TiVo and legacy STB platforms through full project life cycle: o ‘Highly Commended’ in the 2013 BCS UK IT Industry Project Excellence Awards in the Best Creative Industry Project of the Year category. o Largest recorded usage at that time – 10-fold increase in red button usage during the period of the games (circa 20 million sessions). o Customer reach for the Olympics period of 71%, the highest reach for any TV platform. o Maximum daily unique launches for the Sport app of 170k, 17% of the 1m TiVo customers at that time. o Secured technical approach and delivery strategy for the legacy STB platform. o Led negotiations and agreement with the BBC and 3rd party vendor on application testing strategy which removed duplicate test effort and met an immovable deadline. • Led the delivery of ABR and DRM streaming video app updates for next gen TiVo STB middleware release to enable support for Netflix, LoveFilm, Virgin Movies and next-generation BBC iPlayer. • Led the technical delivery of Sky Sports red button applications for TiVo and legacy STBs through full project life cycle: Formula 1, Champions League, Football First, Heineken Cup Rugby, PGA Masters & Ryder Cup Golf, ATP Masters & US Open Tennis • Critical role building of Interactive TV Application BAU processes. • Led the technical delivery of the monthly VoD platform ‘front-end’ release, and quarterly ‘back-end’ release.
