A founding member of the EMEA team, hired to design and build end-to- end, fit-for-purpose, customer implementation strategy and process. Lead the delivery of cross-functional customer onboarding initiatives for the deployment and implementation of Conviva products for clients including Sky, DAZN, NBC (Peacock, Showtime, Showmax), Channel 4, ITV, BT-Sport/EE-TV, and Liberty Global (Virgin Media, Ziggo) across multiple devices and branded apps ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
