I am an experienced change leader, interim, consultant, and business designer. I have worked for industry, leading consulting firms, and as a freelance consultant. Working across many industries, I will bring a broad perspective and new ideas to any challenge.
My passion is shaping ambitious business change, setting the context, and building architecture capability to support delivery at pace. My experience covers a wide range of transformation scenarios, including strategic change, operational effectiveness and structural change, including mergers and acquisitions.
In addition to several roles focused on delivery, I have held senior positions including Head of Enterprise Architecture, Interim CTO, Head of Business Design, Practice Director, and Chief Architect. I have worked with executive teams, CEOs, and boards across several industries. I am a respected contributor to the profession’s development.
