I am an accomplished Brand & Employer Brand Marketing leader with extensive
experience developing comprehensive brand strategies and bid proposals / solutions that resonate with audiences. I
appreciate the alchemy of spotting connections and opportunities, and enjoy the
process of bringing it all together to create a cohesive strategy. I can quickly ascertain
desired outcomes, utilising the necessary technology, tools, and talent to achieve
success. I have a keen sense of when to mix, innovate and / or maintain a steady
approach, and possess strong influencing skills to drive desired results.

Solution Architect Strategic Bids - Employer Brand Marketing Director
My role focused on solution development and design of the marketing and employer brand strategy for a high profile / high value bid proposal. Translating a valued clients business needs into a compelling and technically sound solution. Defined the overall vision and strategy for marketing solution, including the technology stack and deployment models.
