Project Co-ordinator associate role with S&A Group, a hybrid PM/PMO supporting a European Data Centre Exit transformation programme that achieved migration from On Premise to Cloud, to a clearly defined delivery deadline. • Supported several on and offshore programme managers with 170+ application migrations, file transfer remote executions and a shared transversal data migration • Utilised stakeholder and networking skills to control third party on/offshore resources and fill the communication deltas between programme and third-party supplier teams • Drew heavily from my wide experience, to build controls and standards for the areas in my span of control, utilising Service Now as a PPM tool • Ensured that Change Control expectations were communicated to third parties and adhered to, any Risks and Issues surfaced and escalated efficiently, and associated Statements of Work and Work Orders were approved and became Fully Executed • Dependencies, planning and reporting and tracking migration sequencing decisions • Built and managed financial forecasts, tracked and monitored estimates/actuals and year end accruals, and reported Service Variations for the migration into BAU • Created and monitored workstream Plans On a Page for Steer Co, COO and Board reporting • Led project and programme closure by way of Deliverables Plans that acted as light-touch stage gated documentation and ensured a best practise audit trail
