About Me

Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with 20+ years experience of delivering technology and engineering hiring in the UK, US and internationally and encompassing leading on site and remote recruitment and sourcing teams of 20+ delivering high volumes of professional level hiring and smaller teams providing an executive search capability for technology and engineering leadership to FTSE 100 businesses/ major multi-national corporations and including multi-year delivery to Vodafone plc, DXC/ CSC/ BAE Systems plc etc. For the last four years have led teams delivering ongoing technology hiring at Barclays through significant market challenges in the US and UK including through the “great resignation” and for business critical multiple global hiring to “raise the engineering bar” for projects such as a trading platform “re-platforming” (100+ technology hires in the UK, US & Czechia).

Complement this experience by being British Psychological Society A&B qualified and certified on a range of psychometric assessment tools and using these extensively in both hiring and supporting business leadership development programmes (e.g. managed a project taking  200+ leaders through a tailored assessment for a BAE Systems leading in VUCA environments programme). Finally, cement this hands on experience with a formal Skills England certification, gaining a Distinction in July 2025 for the Level 5 Operations Manager/ Departmental Head apprenticeship.
