Proven track record of architecting and delivering critical national infrastructure, such as the Bank of England’s £700Bn/day payment system, and driving complex API and platform modernisations for clients like HSBC and M&S.
More recently, applied this enterprise-level expertise in a hands-on CTO role for a Bain & Company venture, building the technology, product, and team from the ground up to £3M revenue and 45 people. Combines deep architectural rigour and PLC-level governance experience with the commercial acumen and agility required to drive significant revenue growth and with a long term objective to build the business for a VC/PE exit.
