About Me
Non Technical Technologist…NTT!
I sit between people, plans and technology so other people can get their work done. I keep service delivery steady, changes workable and governance practical, so decisions are easier to follow and teams are not pulled in five directions at once.
Over the years I have grown from PA to an executive team in Croydon, to IT Co-ordinator in London, to Global Director of Governance, Programmes and Support at TBWA\Worldwide, alongside a short spell as Director of Customer Success at Omnicom Technology. My work has covered service desks, SaaS roll-outs, SBOX audits, vendor management and a lot of quiet conversations to keep people on side.
While I have not held a formal HR title, much of my work has sat alongside HR and People teams: supporting employee engagement forums, shaping onboarding journeys, guiding colleagues through restructures, and helping leaders think about culture, wellbeing and communication in practical terms
You can read this as Executive Governance and Assurance, service delivery and operations leadership, people-centred change, or Senior EA / Executive Partner. In practice, much of my work has sat in that non-technical Chief of Staff space to a CIO, keeping things clear so people can get on with their day.
