Dear sir,

I am a time served tradesman that has worked up through the ranks to construction management. I have practical minded skill sets in all forms of the trades and have a thorough grounding in all aspects of the construction industry. I come from an industrial, commercial, food and offices background of trade and management as well as having dealing with education facilities and hospitals and MOD. I have spent most of  those years working inside the food and commercial, industrial sectors. My skills are dealing with the difficult and challenging sites and customers. These are more prevalent in food, lab and live commercial environments. I come from a background of strong and positive leadership and bring that to any site I am working on. I am able to see ways to negotiate with the people around me to get the work done but to also appease the clients concerns.

I have great knowledge and experience of new build and fit out and refurbishment.. Having built offices, cash handling facilities, medical research labs as well as food production areas. Commercial and industrial buildings and civil engineering works. With works covering structural alterations, Asbestos removal, remedial works, civil engineering works, Complex M&E packages and new and refurbishment, internal and external works and working within the live office arena and food industry and medical and research laboratory and secure research establishment. Fit out and install of medial equipment in live areas and food production lines inside live hygiene areas. I also have great knowledge of working within high security areas, MOD, cash handling facilities and forensic labs as well as data centre and product security and laboratory. Sites with specialized needs due to their environmental and quality needs and because of the need for out of hours working and or non-standard construction techniques. Or Higher than normal security levels.
