• Spearheaded security product line optimization, streamlining 120 services post-TalkTalk acquisition. • Developed Managed Orchestration (firewall management at scale platform) in collaboration with key partners (Daisy, Dataquest, Onecom). 100 device minimum entry level. • Led revamp of 1Cloud product offerings, expanding accessibility via consultancy, migration, and backup services. • Established SaaS Platform Distribution, integrating F-Secure and Akamai alongside Acronis. £225k mrr to £285k mrr. • Recruited and managed a team of three Product Managers, driving strategic product development. • Key product launches: Private 1Cloud (IaaS), 1Portal Marketplace, DDoS Mitigation, Virtual Firewall, Managed Firewall Service, FortiGate SD-WAN, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessments. • Commercial review of portfolio against market data and competitor analysis • Business case creation and pitch resulting in £678k funding • PreSales and opportunity qualification alongside account managers
