With a strong background in Presales leadership, I have worked in leadership roles for the last 10+ years, and in Presales roles for a total of 20+ years. In that time, I not only developed the technical skills to be an effective Presales Consultant in the Managed Services arena, but in the last ten years have built on my management and leadership skills in areas such as:
Improving Presales engagement and wider business processes to improve efficiency and opportunity revenue and conversion rates;
Encouraging collaboration within my team and empowering them “to be brave” and do the right thing;
Building, supporting and mentoring multi- disciplinary teams of consultants at various levels, developing a culture of delivering excellence.
