About Me
I am an experienced and well-versed Implementation and Systems Training Specialist, with expertise in change management, policy implementation, strategic and operational planning and stakeholder engagement. I have achieved success across my career; developing an appropriate strategy in each role utilising Synchronous, Asynchronous and Blended Learning training delivery methods to ensure projects /initiatives deliver continually improved performance. Additionally, I have proven ability in developing/managing large scale L&D programmes, whilst pro-actively leading multi-skilled teams; championing operational efficiency. I am effective and an adaptable professional with a wealth of readily transferable team leadership and communication skills. I make use of my interpersonal, problem-solving and negotiation skills on a daily basis and thrive within a highly pressurised environment and am motivated by meeting/exceeding targets and providing motivational, `hands-on` management. I like to be a positive voice, offering support and help pro-actively, and I feel a real strength is my ability to motivate and support others on-site.
