Chief Engineer, Vehicle Architecture and Packaging
Since March 2022, I have been a foundational member of B-ON Automotive, taking on the position of Chief Engineer for Vehicle Architecture and packaging. At B-ON, I undertook and led a ‘clean sheet’ technical development of a new product line. As such, I defined and managed the definition of product requirements and attributes, optimizing integration across occupant, package, chassis, and driveline systems, I delivered CAD layouts, developed BOM structures, and supported launch cadence planning - ensuring project maturity and manufacturability. When challenges arose, I facilitated cross-functional resolutions, balancing technical excellence with business objectives.

Attributes Program Manager / Business Manager – Truck and Van & Vehicle Architect
Developed an Attribute Target Book aligning engineering and design with Canoo’s brand objectives, optimizing vehicle-level targets (aerodynamics, NVH, dynamics). Led cross-functional teams to enhance development efficiency and asset engagement. Conducted feasibility studies to define vehicle size, layout, and system placement (BIW, Closures, Powertrain) for new van and pickup truck projects. Collaborated with design and engineering to optimize architecture, aligning with safety and attribute targets. Key Impact: Established a ‘Brand Pillar and company identity awareness’ presence within Canoo, driving critical thinking and improving the development process to consider how it optimises it’s asset engagement in the most efficient and rewarding way.
