Les Lytollis

I’m a solution-focused technical architect with extensive experience in software delivery, including architecture roles across telecoms, housing, transport, finance, energy, education, and public sector organisations.

My work spans high-level solution design, integration strategy, and aligning architecture with business and delivery goals. I’ve designed cloud and hybrid solutions on Azure, AWS, and GCP. I’m comfortable producing C4 diagrams and TOGAF-aligned artefacts, shaping MVPs, and collaborating with delivery managers, product owners, engineers, and enterprise stakeholders.

I’ve worked across both large-scale enterprise programmes (BP, Vodafone) and smaller agile design-and-build projects. Whether acting as a sole architect or part of a wider governance function, I flex my approach to suit delivery scale and organisational context.
