About Me
I am an Interim PMO Director and senior Change Portfolio Management professional with significant experience encompassing demonstrable business change delivery expertise in permanent and interim leadership roles.
My key strengths include strategic oversight and tactical delivery, aligning transformation activity with business strategy to optimise project contribution. I also design appropriate P3M delivery structures, frameworks and standards to match organisational culture and capability.
Alongside my core skills, I build, lead and develop ‘best in class’ teams that ensure a value-adding capability endures across the client organisation well beyond the interim intervention period. I am a people person and enjoy leading, influencing and motivating people to deliver for me.
Some of my recent success
✔️ Led design, build and mobilisation of a new central Enterprise Portfolio Management Office for Smart Data Communications. I successfully mobilised the PMO within 12 months, launching and improving financial forecasting accuracy and enhancing effectiveness of project delivery ahead of a government re-licensing process.
✔️ Mars Global Business Services division had no central coordination of investment projects. I was engaged by the CFO to propose improved ways of working and delivered a strong engagement across all BUs to create a central prioritisation and consistent investment control.
✔️ Dentsu International Business Platforms required structured support. I worked with the Resource Management Re-platforming Programme Director to mobilise the Workfront platform and successfully design and apply central best practice delivery methods.
