About Me
As you will see from my CV, I am a mature candidate with significant experience in Operations Director/Risk Director and Change Management Director roles. I have worked in UK, Europe and Africa for Global companies such as Barclays Group, Securitas/Loomis and G4S. I have worked in Functional Executive Roles and as a 3rd Party Consultant – leading 500 operational staff in the UK, 750 operational staff in South Africa and as functional head of 80+ financial and security auditors across 14 European countries. I have managed operational acquisitions and operational divestments, including entry and exit financial and reconciliation audits. Despite my maturity, I remain fit, healthy, open-minded and flexible. I have a wide range of skills and competencies, developed over an extended career across a number of disciplines and within varied cultural environments. I am willing to consider a wide range of opportunities which recognize demands of the job vs remuneration in order to acquire meaningful employment as soon as practicable, given the inevitable lead time to robust recruitment processes.
