Director, Global Talent Acquisition
CRF Health Ltd – Mar 2016 to Feb 2019 - Director of Global Talent Acquisition (Permanent) Now trading as Signant Health, this software house provides SaaS in clinical trials. With my team, I was instrumental in growing the business from 420 to over 750. I built and led a team of up to 10 in Talent Acquisition, based in 5 geographies –Set up a new office in Romania in January 2017. Following the merger with Bracket in 2018, we had 1600 staff in 7 countries, adding the Czech Republic, Japan and India to Finland, Romania, the US and the UK. Major Achievements: • Project Managed the 6 week implementation and roll-out of the ATS iCIMS in 2016. • Reviewed and revised the Employee Value Proposition developing and implementing a new strategy to raise the CRF Health profile internally and externally. Rolled out the strategy to incorporate honest and authentic messages in social media forums, the intranet site and via iCIMS. • Senior appointments recruited included: VP for Support Services, General Manager for Romania, Chief Operating Officer, Head of Global Supply, Directors for Verification and R&D Testing. • Reduced agency reliance for the UK from 80% agency sourced in FY16 to 25% in FY17, further reductions to just 9% in FY19 by directly sourcing candidates, resulting in direct savings of £800K in year 1, a further £500K in year 2 and £310K in year 3. • Recruited the first 98 employees for the new Romanian office in 12 months, this office grew to 220 by February 2019, with support from 2 additional TA team members based in the Romanian office. • Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity strategy saw a 50% gender split in Romanian R&D teams. • Attrition of 70 people leaving within first 12 months in Q1/Q2 of 2016 reduced to just 14 people throughout 2017 - improved interview and selection techniques and an internal mobility programme. • Creation, and optimisation of recruitment processes utilising Lean Six Sigma methodology. • Led the Diversity and Inclusivity initiatives resulting in a more acceptable gender mix in this technology led organisation.
