Collaborated with the vendor partner, MaxIron, to successfully deliver the £1.5m IBM Maximo solution to 2 sites, focusing on asset monitoring, management, predictive maintenance, & reliability planning. • Oversaw the completion of project deliverables, ensuring adherence to governance standards, timelines, quality expectations using Sharepoint online & Onedrive to store & share project documents. • Coordinated the approval of contracts, managed the overall project plan using MSP & DevOps, & handled RAID & financial management to ensure smooth project execution. • Reporting project progress to stakeholders including Heads of & Finance Director (project sponsor)
