With over 40 years of experience as a Project Manager and Consultant, I have a passion for project delivery, which sometimes has included rescuing and transforming troubled projects and delivering successful outcomes. I've worked with clients across various industry sectors, both in the UK and internationally, to understand their needs, identify the root causes of the issues, and shape viable solutions that align with their business objectives and expectations. I am the founder and owner of G2biz, and The Project Paramedic (TM), a service that supports project owners and executives who are concerned about their project's performance. I have extensive experience in E-Commerce, Payment Card Systems, Migrations, and Software Development, and I hold the MBCS CITP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master certifications.
