🚀Planned, Managed and Oversaw the delivery of over 7500 permanent heads between Nov 2020 and Apr 2024

🚀Delivered more than a years worth of hires in 2 quarters in 2020/2021

🚀Implemented new RPO perm service in an aggressive 12 week timescale including building the team, managing TUPE and installing reporting mechanisms

🚀Failing service from a previous temp supplier turned round to achieve greater fulfilment

🚀Took failing perm service from previous supplier fulfilment of under 80% to consistently delivering over 100% fulfilment. This meant 2019’s delivery was complete in August

🚀Mapped, created and implemented processes for Resource Requests, Permanent Recruitment, Contract Recruitment, Pre-Employment Screening, Bench Management and Utilisation where none had previously existed

🚀Managed 75–120 live vacancies at any time across contract and permanent roles; fulfilled resourcing needs via internal bench, in-house resourcing team, or preferred third-party suppliers

🚀Led recruitment delivery for IT Infrastructure Project Management services, hiring Project Managers, PMOs, and Coordinators
