As an experienced and creative Software Quality Assurance leader, I focus on using Agile approaches to build strong, creative testing and delivery teams. My primary experience is with building Software Quality teams or expanding existing ones, whether co-located or fully remote, as well as implementing new toolsets for defect discovery, test automation, and work tracking. I am looking for a hands-on leadership role, to define and refine QA practices across an organization. Specializing in hiring, mentoring, and retaining talented team members.
