About Me
I am an experienced Operations Director searching for a new operational role working collaboratively to make a tangible difference for my customers, stakeholders and my team.
My recent experience has been gained via consistent progression through 15 years spent at NCP Ltd based in London and Birmingham and travelling to the Philippines heading up the operational side of the business.
Embracing responsibility and accountability I owned our relationships across public sector clients such as Manchester City Council, Reading, Bolton and St Albans Councils, NHS Trusts as well as Gatwick, Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Manchester airports, Transport for London, HS1, Westfield London Shopping Centres and numerous retail destinations.
Prior to this role I worked extensively in the retail sector with a strength and passion for customer service excellence, collaboration and leadership.
Specialising in commercial operations I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping my colleagues to become the best version of themselves. I possess a tenacious work ethic with a proven track record of leading large-scale operations to exceed financial targets and KPI/ SLAs through working collaboratively with my team and stakeholders.
I am an engaging, inclusive & enthusiastic colleague and enjoy creating an environment in which colleagues & teams can excel. My teams focus their approach on Being the Customer to ensure that our services and products are the best they can be, easy to use and enjoy able so that our customers return to us time and time again.
