I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and experienced People Director with over 20 years of senior HR leadership across healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and charitable sectors. My career has focused on designing and delivering people strategies that enable transformation, growth, and organisational resilience while fostering cultures where people thrive.

With extensive experience operating at board level, I have led large-scale change programmes, from private equity transitions and M&A integration to international workforce growth and organisational design. My approach combines strategic clarity with practical delivery, ensuring that culture, leadership, and engagement drive sustainable business success.

I am passionate about inclusive, values-driven leadership and about shaping workplaces that balance performance, wellbeing, and innovation. Alongside my executive career, I serve as a Trustee for Ascendance, a charity using dance and creativity to improve wellbeing and inclusion, and for Survive, supporting survivors of sexual violence. I am also a regular speaker at CIPD conferences and HR leadership events, sharing insights on culture transformation, leadership, and employee experience.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, I bring a global outlook and collaborative leadership style.
