Payment Services Processing Assistant
I processed domestic and international supplier payments in line with compliance requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while managing regular and ad hoc payment requests, including monthly distributions to overseas partners and cheque processing. Knowledge Data Governance Assistant
I serve as a subject matter expert on knowledge data management, developing and maintaining global process documentation to support compliance and best practices firmwide, while leading initiatives to enhance the quality and integrity of legal data through ongoing data cleansing, process optimisation and continuous improvement. I oversee the preparation and circulation of the firm’s daily internal global matters newsletter, manage the submission of legal knowhow and client matter records, and collaborate with Marketing to review and submit deal credentials for global league tables in support of the firm’s industry recognition and wider business development. I also provide critical support for global business development by linking milestones to credentials, managing regular updates of business development contacts, and coordinating and resolving incoming queries via a shared mailbox, liaising with stakeholders and global business development managers on press releases and announcements. In addition, I use Azure DevOps to allocate, track and prioritise team tasks, maintain and update operational manuals, guides and contact lists for global teams, and deliver training sessions to new team members, working as part of a remote team spread across London, Colchester, Luxembourg and Frankfurt.
