Returned to Manpower and again, gained 3 promotions in 6 years. As an Operations Manager I looked after the North East Region, 12 branch locations. As Divisional Director I looked after The North, 52 branch locations + London (8 locations) and as Operations Director I ran Manpower's branch network of 128 locations. In October 2008 I was promoted onto the UK Board.

Moved to USA to set up Brook Street USA, delivering only permanent placements. This was a 1 year secondment and gave me great experience and many learnings in working in a different Country.

Global Perm Director
The role was to get constancy of our Perm Model across every continent. I had the privilege to visit most European Countries, North America, Middle East and AsiaPac. Working across so many different cultures and achieving the results we did was one of my greatest results.
ManpowerGroup 2017 - 2023
Managing Director
Was appointed MD of Manpower in January 2017, responsible for £350M turnover and 420 staff. I had 100 branches and 88 on sites. My role was to strategically deliver change to meet market trends. Within this period I drove a cultural change while also implementing a new IT system. Both drove increased profits and increased staff retention rates. In May 2020 I also became MD of Brook Street, my total responsibility was £700M turnover and 680 staff.
