About Me

I’m a commercial leader who builds things that last. Over 25 years I’ve led global businesses, founded two start-ups, sold one, and turned commercial ambition into real revenue at every stage. At Dentsu Aegis I grew a single client relationship from $46 million to $1 billion in billings. At Beamly I took a technology business from nothing to 230 people and $130 million in project value. At OLIVER, I was brought in by the CEO of The BrandTech Group to create a consultative go-to-market approach across the group, working with senior leadership to move the business from service-provider to strategic partner and contributing to three successful global enterprise pitches. At Bulletproof I drove double digit EBITDA growth and 20% revenue increase. At CTI Digital, a PE-backed technology group, I built a scalable commercial function that exceeded targets from the first quarter.

What sits underneath all of it is how I build teams. I create environments where people feel safe enough to challenge each other, trust each other, and take real ownership of their work. That’s where the big results come from. Not from pressure, from belief.

Most recently I’m running my own consultancy, 5M’s Consulting, doing fractional leadership and enabling teams across different sectors. Because the thing I’ve learned above everything else is that every business challenge is really a people challenge in disguise.

Appointed as Chief Commercial Officer within a PE-backed B2B technology group to build a scalable commercial function and drive revenue growth. Unified an enterprise technology business, digital marketing/creative business and cloud services business into a single go-to-market proposition. Rebuilt the sales function, improved pipeline structure and commercial governance, and exceeded targets for both new and existing business from Q1 and into Q4.

Global Managing Director

Led build-out of Coty’s cloud-based technology and digital transformation hub. Built the commercial engine from a standing start, scaling to a globally operating, technology-first business delivering platform-led solutions across data, media, e-commerce and mar-tech. • 15x growth in total projects value (fiscal vs fiscal), to USD$130 million revenue • 4x headcount growth, to 230 FTE.
