About Me

Project Manager and Agile Delivery Manager with a strong track record of delivering technology-led change across complex, highly regulated Financial Services environments. I have led end-to-end delivery of regulatory, AML, and Anti-Financial Crime initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical execution. My experience spans full project lifecycle delivery, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, RAID ownership, and coordination of cross-functional teams across engineering, DevOps, testing, and support. I am comfortable operating in Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models, adapting pragmatically to organisational and regulatory constraints. I have played a key delivery role in the design and implementation of the Client Risk Rating Engine (CRRE) at Deutsche Bank, supporting the Anti-Financial Crime Risk Assessment (AFC-RA) domain and enabling the integration of multiple business lines and external KYC systems. This work required close collaboration with technology, compliance, and operations stakeholders to deliver robust, compliant solutions at scale. My background as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master strengthens my delivery capability, allowing me to bridge strategy and execution through clear requirements, prioritised backlogs, and effective Agile ceremonies—while maintaining strong delivery discipline and accountability for outcomes.
