KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
• Led a global team of 50 to deliver a greenfield contact centre (inc AI) using SaaS technologies within 9-months and baking in privacy and security by design into the whole service – see project.
• Led a UK team of 20 to map 5 IT Reseller organisations onto a Target Operating Model underpinned by a Proactis ERP within 18 months with a £500K budget. Trustmarque was subsequently sold for £111M – see project.
• Led a global team of 150 to migrate Hallmark Cards 4 legacy ERP systems onto an Oracle JDE/.net landscape – see project.
• Led a UK team of 50 to successfully migrate Aliaxis’ five ERP systems to a €20 million Microsoft Dynamics-AX solution – see project.
• Led a UK team of 6 to successfully migrate Dorma’s seven ERP systems to a £5 million SAP solution – see project.
• Led a global team of 100+ to deliver a £26M EDI solution to connect Vodafone’s 18 global OpCos to their Tier 1 suppliers.
• Develop and provide GTM strategies through advisory, change and delivery assurance services to land £10K-£1.5Bn new-logo and existing account sales.
