I have a genuine lifelong passion for all things IT. I have worked in IT all my career. I have managed teams, implemented projects and lead IT in a multi million pound industry. I have a strong work ethic, focus on security and getting things done in time and on budget. I have autism and people often misconstrue my lack of eye contact or plain speaking as a lack of focus. I’ve been told I don’t have enough drive or excitement by employers to be a true leader. The opposite is true but I have difficulty selling myself and this is due to a lack of confidence due to being made redundant and due to my age, neither should be a barrier but I feel it is.  My previous roles and career to date should set aside some employer concerns. I am a committed, skilled, passionate IT leader and I’m ready to strengthen and shape your IT into to make it work for your business needs.
