Served as the liaison between Internal Audit and auditees to ensure positive outcome, closing out 49 audit recommendations in FY 20/21 (highest across the division) and ending year with zero overdue audit items. Designed and delivered 26 Human Firewall sessions, helping employees to understand SOX, Audit, GDPR, Security, Risk and Quality and the role they played within them.
