About Me
I’m a senior leader with 15 years of experience in data and analytics.
I specialise in stepping into data teams that aren’t working well and getting them back on track. I also help companies figure out their data strategy, clean up how they handle data, expand internationally, rebuild teams, and create data tools that help their businesses run better and grow.
Here are a few things I’ve done:
- I led the turnaround of a large and complex global BI service across 77 clients including Fortune 500 companies, high street banks, and global investment banks. One of my biggest achievements within this transformation was a dramatic change in our stakeholder partnerships. When asked for feedback, 89% of our stakeholders were satisfied and 80% told us their reports and analytics helped them make meaningful improvements.
- I transformed a large global team, reducing attrition from 30% to 14%. I scaled this team in line with business growth, and established a cost-efficient footprint by hiring in Poland, Mexico and the Philippines.
- I created and managed an internal workforce planning data product during the COVID-19 pandemic which was heavily used by C-suite executives, including the CEO, to understand market demand and make critical decisions about resource. This tool, which was used to run our business, helped us identify future demand for 300 resources that we hadn’t forecast. Having these people in place helped us grow our business quickly when the markets recovered.

I’m looking for my next role as Data Products Director, Data and Analytics Director, or Strategic Workforce Planning Director. I’ll consider contract and fractional roles and can work on a hybrid or remote basis.
