About Me
I’m an experienced Head Talent / Learning and Development with over 20 years experience across sectors. I’ve had proven success in Finance, Aerospace, Technology and Retail. I have repeatedly managed high performing teams with varying UK/ European and International remits.
I am skilled in Leadership Development, Succession Planning and Talent Pipelines, managing change and stakeholder management. Skilled at scaling and aligning corporate training with organisational targets and equally comfortable blending strategic and operational needs.
I have lead and supported many large scale change initiatives including acquisitions, technology and office relocations. Helped a business to move to a scoreless appraisal system, been through acquiring new Companies and being acquired and lead teams and businesses through cultural change.
I have also led Diversity and Inclusion in many of my roles and have created multiple specific initiatives to address diversity challenges. I love to use data and storytelling to help the business see and understand specific diversity issues and have a pragmatic approach to solutions to those challenges.
