Product Manager/Owner and Senior Service Delivery Manager
Expanded on previous roles, adding Transition Manager responsibility for a large Oracle Financials implementation. • Restructured the knowledge transfer approach to be more appropriate to the solution architecture. • Reorganised the transition to prioritise for the initial deployment and took the programme to successful completion. • Changes made allowed Managed Services to contribute to solution development and successfully support once live. Reviewed the Service Review Report template which was large and contained lots of repetition and redundant information. • Removed repeating / redundant information so report could focus on key metrics. • Reduced the template size by over 40% with a corresponding reduction in the time to complete. In addition: Planned and initiated the creation of an EMEA ServiceNow sub-practice. Redesigned main service offering to better meet the requirements of SaaS customers.

Directed Service Delivery efforts for multiple Oracle Financials and HR clients, and became Product Manager/Owner for the Managed Services ITSM tool, (ServiceNow), steering the global platform strategy. • Introduced a prioritisation process to focus on key items and integrate support activities into planning. • Mentored team leads to grow into their roles and successfully manage their colleagues. • Led the Business Analyst function and successfully developed team members to assume the role independently. • Championed knowledge sharing initiatives across internal ServiceNow teams. Spearheaded a strategic team restructuring to unlock capacity, improve throughput, and reduce backlog. • Transformed team capabilities through comprehensive cross-training, enabling agile, multi-functional execution. • Achieved over 50% backlog reduction alongside significant throughput gains. • Successfully implemented a major change process update, clearing a two-year backlog item. In addition: Directed a modernisation programme, successfully migrating multiple client applications and all internal infrastructure to various cloud platforms. Senior Service Delivery Manager
Moved to the Service Management team in the IT Outsourcing practice supporting numerous IMGROUP and Hitachi Consulting clients. Appointed Service Manager for a large Oracle Retail and Financials client with annual budget responsibility of over £1M, which grew by over 20% under my tenure. • Stabilised the overnight batch process and made predictable with failures a rare exception rather than the norm. • Implemented a programme of improvements and proactive processes after reviewing the root causes with the client, internal teams and 3rd party supplier. In addition: Took a pivotal role in the transition of the IMGROUP team to the structure, tools, and processes of Hitachi Consulting. Worked on multiple successful proposal responses, service definitions, and contract negotiations. Defined the service management processes as Service Management Product Owner. Managed multiple additional clients as Service Manager, directly responsible for more than £500K revenue and achieving over 20% growth.

Designed and implemented the Continuous Solution Improvement and Supportable by Design initiatives as USPs for IMGROUP which improved customer engagement and the transition and supportability of delivered solutions. • Engaged as a trusted partner with 40% of the customer base, with over 50% of the activity focused on development via the Continuous Solution Improvement offering. • Implemented Supportable by Design in numerous delivery projects improving solution supportability, smoothing transition effort across the delivery lifecycle, and increasing opportunities to uplift revenue. In addition: Managed the development and maintenance of frameworks for ETL, monitoring, and visualisation. Collaborated with account managers to retain customers and grow the client base. Managed proposal and contractual activities. Mentored and managed the Service Delivery Managers. Led process improvement activities including resource management / forecasting.
