I have worked inside a dozen startups, from day zero, through explosive growth, or difficult periods with no traction, through cycles of growth and reduction, with local and remote teams, in UK, Egypt, Bulgaria, Ukraine and India. Exits have included IPO, trade sale, side-round and crash.
As a product and technology generalist startup specialist with deep expertise in business and retail transactions, loyalty programs, age verification, biometrics, and payment systems – I excel at building and optimizing teams and processes, and scaling businesses to deliver maximum value quickly. My approach is pragmatic: challenge assumptions, strip away unnecessary complexity, and deliver results early and often to validate and refine strategy.
