About Me
An experienced technology leader having delivered platforms (notably Rufus for Bank of New York sold to Bravura for £32million) & transformed service management environments globally while reducing costs by several million dollars (notably for Fidelity International). The model was replicated by other firms in the financial sector.
A strong technical background in software development (led the development of the eCosse platform for the Royal Bank of Scotland & subsequently the Rufus platform) providing insight to software, hardware, networks & project management.
My objective skills run in parallel to the subjective skills. I have built teams of 40+ and understand the performance & behaviour of individuals underpins the performance of the organisation.
Currently seeking a role after making a full recovery from a brain haemorrhage that impacted my communication abilities but not to resolve problems. Adept at implementing technical solutions to maximise RoI while developing & mentoring teams & individuals to maximise performance.

Work & Experience
Fidelity International 02/07/2011 - 10/31/2016
Head of Production Services
Joined Fidelity International as it became independent from the US parent company. Designed and implemented the service management environment in EMEA while rolling out new research platforms, recruiting 24 level 2 technicians across 2 teams. Implemented ITIL methodologies improving delivery quality while reducing costs by several million dollars. Subsequently guided colleagues in APAC to adopt the model. This evolved into my development of a global service strategy adopted by the CTO. This was subsequently replicated by business services moving from a regional to a functional model. The model was copied by other firms in the investment management sector.
